Grievance Redressal Mechanism

The Company has an established Grievance Redressal Mechanism for resolution of grievances/complaints of its customers. You may file a complaint at any of the below mentioned touch points:

The Company shall take adequate steps to for redressal of grievances of your complaint within 14 days of receipt of such complaint.


If you are not satisfied with the response provided by us in respect of your grievance, you can contact and seek redressal of your grievance from the insurance company through the following touchpoints:

The insurer will allot you a unique complaint registration number which needs to be quoted for future reference/communication. Upon receipt of the grievance, the same is registered and acknowledgement sent within 3 working days from the date of receipt. The insurer will ensure closure of each complaint within 15 days of receipt thereof.
